Hello Darling!

Hunter and I are on the road today and headed to Florida. I wish I could say sunny Florida, but it looks like it will be a bit of a rainy week at the beach. I was a little down when I first saw the forecast but you know what, I am going to stay positive! Rain or shine, at least we’ll be at the beach relaxing. 🙂 This is a trip we take every summer with my in-laws  and is something I look forward to every year. We will be staying in the beautiful Santa Rosa Beach area and I am looking forward to a week of unwinding and spending sweet time with family.

As we head into summer there will be lots of fun beach vacays so I thought I would share my summer beach vacation packing list, which includes some of my favorite summer essentials. ( Check out more of my summer essentials here )

Summer Beach Vacation Packing List

We will be spending a week at the beach and my rule of thumb to packing is to bring a swimsuit for each day we are there, two to three coverups, at least three dresses, two pairs of shorts and two tops. I am the queen of overpacking but when it comes to the beach I try minimalize as much as I can, only packing what I need.

A few items I invested in for this trip – this adorable yellow high waisted bikini, this linen skirt that I am wearing here, and this high waisted black bikini that is super affordable (under $20).
