NYFW Recap Two

Hello Darling!

Happy Friday! Hope you had a wonderful week. Hunter and I are headed out today to San Antonio for one of my sweetest friends weddings. It has been a crazy week getting settled after my trip to NYC but we are so excited to get away again to spend time together and celebrate with our friends and family.

Tuesday in NYC

To end the week, I wanted to share about the last few days of my trip to NYFW. Tuesday was one of the most memorable days. The day started with getting blowouts at Drybar in the Upper West Side, shooting in Central Park for my friend Kaileys (doubleshotofsass) boutique Saltflat and lunch at the Boat House. After that we all headed back to our Airbnb to get ready for our shows, and events that evening. Unfortunately, as soon as we got back Kailey and I were both hit with a 24hr bug and spent the rest of the day in bed. It was not fun but for some reason just being in NYC made being sick a little more bearable 😉

Wednesday in NYC

After some much needed rest, we woke up the next morning and headed to the gorgeous Vicky Zhang show, had a fun meeting at the BaubleBar HQ and showroom, and ate lunch at La Pecora Bianca in the Flat Iron District. After that I had a few hours until my next event so I decided to take a 3hr walk around NYC. One of my favorite things to do in the city is simply to just walk and explore. Its the best way to experience everything. Of course, I had to make a stop at Bergdorf Goodman for a glass of Veuve Clicquot. That evening we headed to a fun networking event, had the best dinner at my favorite restaurant in the city, Scalinatella and took a midnight walk around Time Square.

To say that this trip was amazing would be an understatement. I was able to meet some of the sweetest girls, talk to incredible brands, and creatively be inspired. I know I have said this before but I want to thank you again. Thank you for supporting and following along with TaylerMalott.com. Without you none of this would be possible.
