Saturdays are just the best! Especially on weekends when we are in town. Over the past few months I have created a Saturday morning workout routine that I just love. It’s something I look forward to all week long and I am excited to share my entire routine here with you today.
My Saturday Morning Workout Routine At ROSC
10:45am Ryde Class
On Saturdays, I have always loved to start my day off with a mid to late morning workout. About four months ago I started to incorporate in door cycling back into my workout routine at RYDE in the River Oaks Shopping Center. It had been a while since I had taken a cycling class but after my first class back at RYDE I was HOOKED! It truly has become one of my favorite workouts and definitely my favorite form of cardio. From the upbeat music to the incredible instructors, RYDE classes are the best!
11am grab brunch and shop
RYDE has several locations here in the Houston area. My favorite however, is by far is the River Oaks Shopping Center location. Not only is it a convenient fun location but it is surrounded by some of the best cafés, restaurants, and shops. After I am done with my RYDE class on Saturday, I quickly get cleaned up in the locker room and head to grab something to eat and do some shopping.
Favorite Spots to Grab Brunch
Starbucks- for a quick and easy coffee/ breakfast
Epicure Café– for a yummy bistro style brunch with friends
Brasserie19– For a dressier brunch with the girls
River Oaks Shopping Center is one of my favorite spots to spend my Saturday mornings in Houston. Do you have a Saturday morning workout routine? If you are in the Houston area and looking for a spot to create a routine like this, I definitely recommned heading to River Oaks Shopping Center.
