February Beauty Round-Up

Hello, my love!

I hope you had the most fabulous weekend! I spent my weekend hanging out with my new roomies, catching up with some old friends, and organizing my room a bit more . It is SO nice to be back in Dallas!

It’s time for the February beauty round-up. These are items that I am absolutely OBSESSED with this month. I’ve tried them all out, so I can give you first hand experience.

1. GLAMGLOW THIRSTYMUDTM Hydrating Treatment is a MIRACLE worker. The past few months my face has been unbearably dry. I had some friends who recommended this so I went to Sephora grabbed the sample size and tried it out that night. It’s done wonders for me! I like to put it on before I go to bed and leave it on all night. That way I can wake up with fresh, moisturized skin.

2. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair® Hydrating Serum and the First Aid Beauty Vitamin Hydrating Mist have helped my skin so much as well. I needed an everyday moisturizer that would help my poor skin and these two products have helped so much! Every morning, and every night I wash my face, spray on the hydrating mist and then rub the hydrating serum all over my face and neck. If you are dry like me recommend using the two together to get the most moisture, but if dry skin is not your problem than using either one is totally fine. Both are great!

3.MAKE UP FOR EVER Mist & Fix Setting Spray is my FAVORITE setting spray. I have tired others but this one works so well on my skin! It does not have any alcohol in it, so instead of drying my skin out, it helps my skin feel fresh all day.

4. Bobbi Brown Blush is gorgeous! My sister was the one to show it to me, and I just love it! It compliments any skin color, and brings just the right amount of pink to your day.

5. Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation AHH! This is my FAVORITE! I have been wanting to try it for some time now and finally went in and asked for a sample before I bought it and I am so glad I did! It brings such a natural look to your face, and yet covers so well. It might be my favorite foundation I have ever tried!

6. SEPHORA COLLECTION Boi-ing Industrial-Strength Full Coverage Concealer I have tried this concealer before and was not that impressed by it but I decided to give it another try the other day and I love it. I figured out that the trick is to rub the concealer with your hands to heat it up before applying it and it will go on much better!

7. SEPHORA COLLECTION Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover I have never been one to use makeup remover very much, but just recently I have made the decision to take a little more care of my face. I tried a sample of this first and loved it! It works so well and it’s a good price!

8. ALTERNA Haircare Caviar Anti-Aging® Perfect Texture Finishing Spray I love this hairspray! I picked it up from Sephora randomly while I was in Houston and adore it! It’s not too heavy and it smells so good!

9. Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder This is amazing! I was using a different setting powder before but did not like the cakey look it had. Once I tried this I was hooked! It sets my under eyes so well, and gives my skin and smooth, glowing look!
