Fall Favs

Happy Wednesday Lovies!

It’s time to talk about some of my fall favs. I’m so excited about this post because fall is one of my favorite times of the year ( besides Christmas time of course 😉 ) . Here in Texas fall is when the temperatures finally begin to drop from the scorching heat, and it becomes bareable to go out doors again. CAN I GET AN AMEN?!?

One of my favorite parts about fall is the change of clothing. We can begin to pull out some of those layers and switch up our wardrobes a little bit. This fall I have decided to channel the 1970’s look that we have seen all throughout 2015. From adding a little suede, fringe, or even some flare/bellbottom jeans you cannot go wrong.

I have put together some of my favorite pieces for fall that I have seen lately. A piece that you cannot go wrong with this fall is a nice tie or bow neck blouse. I adore this shirt! It can make any outfit sophisticated, and classy. Pare it with some bellbottom jeans for a more casual look or wear it with your fav skirt for a date night or night on the town. Another piece that I have been drooling over is this concho belt. If you are like me and absolutely love Kendall Jenner you have probably noticed her rocking the concho belt a lot lately. I love this look and it can definitely be a staple this fall. I recommend investing in fringe pieces – whether that be a purse or cute booties like I have shown above. I love these over the knee boots! They can make any women feel powerful and like a total babe  AND who doesn’t want to feel like that?!?

I am completely in love with this suede trend right now! Luckly for us you can find these kind of pieces in almost any store. I will say a word to the wise when shopping for faux suede pieces to be careful not to get something that looks too fake. The skirt that I have found above is a perfect faux suede skirt to go for and at a great price as well. Flare or bellbottom jeans are a must this fall! Pare them with the bow neck blouse and you’re ready to go. I LOVE these lace up heals and they will make your legs feel elongated and beautiful. A duster jacket is a GREAT piece to have while the weather changes. It allows you to add or remove layers if you need it and its super cute!

Another reason I adore fall is because you can add a darker lip or nail polish to your everyday look. My OBSESSION right now is the MAC Lipstick in the color Persistence. I cannot rave over this enough! It is my go to lip right now and it’s a beautiful peachy cinnamon color that would look good on anyone. Pare that with  any of the  Essie Fall Nail Polish and you are ready to go.
