I adore Spring time, and we are only a few days away from the official season change! As the sun begins to shine more, the weather begins to change, and the flowers begin to bloom, it just makes you want to sing! (Right? Or is that just me?!) 🙂
My most favorite part about spring is Easter. Easter is such a beautiful holiday, and the most important one of the year. Celebrating a Savior who died on the cross for all of our sins, and rose from the grave three days later so that we may have eternal life with Him. Isn’t that just the most amazing thing?! He loved you so much, that He died for YOU! Even though I’ve known this to be true since I was a little girl, I still have a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that he did that for me. What an amazing God, and how deep is His love! As I write this, I am in awe of the gift that He has bestowed on His children.
Every Easter growing up my momma would dress my sister and I up in adorable dresses, and matching hats and gloves. I can remember the feeling of putting on my new Easter dress. I felt like the most special girl in the world! There is something so beautiful about those memories, and I will cherish them forever.
