Cue Nysc’s it’s gonna be “May” ;). Happy May everyone! Can you believe that it is already May?!? Where has this year gone? Before jumping into this new month it is time to look back on the April Favorites.
This past month has been a whirlwind. Between packing up our apartment, closing on our house (YAY), and moving it has been crazy to say the least. I apologize for being a bit MIA on here. I took some time off to get settled. However, I promise there are lot’s of exciting things coming. Between house updates, some fun trips coming up there is a lot to look forward to.

This past month I found this gorgeous orange dress that put’s Elle Woods words- “whoever said orange is the new pink was seriously disturbed” to shame. Between the the midi length, wrap detail and ruffled sleeves/ hem it is truly such a gorgeous dress for the spring and summer seasons. This season, it is time to embrace bold, beautiful colors. I even paired it with my new favorite shoes that I finally pulled the trigger on. It’s fun to mix two bolds like this orange dress and leopard print shoes. Fashion is meant to be fun, so it’s always great to play around with colors and prints like these. I am certain that this dress and outfit would change Elle Woods mind about orange. 😉
