Hello Darling!
With the new year, I have been thinking a lot about my 2019 goals and intentions. Every year I make a point to write down at least ten goals and intentions to strive for that year. This can be work related, personal, spiritual, physical and so on. This is something my family has taught us to do from a young age. The reason being, by writing out your goals you create a sense of intention, accountability, and purpose. It is a way for you to be reminded of why you wrote those goals down and strive for them daily. So today, to further that accountability and maybe spark some interest in yourself to write out your goals I am sharing my list of 2019 goals and intentions.
2019 Goals and Intentions
- Read the Bible Daily
- Take At Least 10 Min To Be Still & List The Things I Am Grateful For
- Be More Present
- Drink More Water
- Up My Skincare Routine
- Go To Bed Earlier
- Workout 5 Days A Week
- Finish Paying Off School Loan
- Stick To A Keto Lifestyle
- Travel More
I like to write out my goals not only in a notebook, but also in the notes in my phone. I have found that by keeping these goals in two places it allows myself to be reminded more of those things. Plus, I am such a list maker and taking the time to write out these goals a few times just brings my heart more joy than it probably should. 😉 I encourage you to create goals that are realistic, but also goals that allow you to dream. All of these goals may not be met by the end of the year but it is important to dream big and go for them! Life is too short not to.
