River Oaks Shopping Center
Since living in Houston we definitely have a few areas that are our go to spots to enjoy these holiday memories. One in particular that we love is River Oaks Shopping Center. This historic and retro- inspired shopping strip is truly magical this time of year. Here are a few things/ spots in River Oaks Shopping Center that we love and would recommend checking out for your holiday date nights this year if you are located in the Houston area:
– Grab Hot Chocolate & Look At Christmas Lights:
I recommend grabbing a yummy festive holiday drink at Starbucks located right on W. Gray and walking or driving around the area to look at the beautiful lights
-A Fancy Date Night At A Special Restaurant :
There are so many great restaurants in this area. A few of our favorites include: Perry’s, Brasserie19, and Izakaya WA .
-Go Window Shopping To Look At Beautiful Christmas Displays
You can find some beautiful Christmas displays in this area. Just grab a hot chcolate and stroll around to check them out together.
-Go Christmas Shopping Together For Your Loved Ones

This is something Hunter and I have been dying to do! You can set up and take cooking/baking classes at both Sur La Table and Macaron by Patisse.
